Get Naked!

It's better for your health. Spending some time naked each day - doing yoga, working on the computer, eating a snack - can tremendously improve our health physically and mentally. -It helps keep your body cool -It lets your skin breathe -It increases brain activity -It detoxifies skin -It can increase fertility -It prevents infections -It syncs the mind and body -It helps you love body parts you may not have always loved -It helps you appreciate your body and what it does for you -It makes you want to have more sexy time - alone or with a partner, which boosts your immune system and lessens pain in the body -Most importantly, the more you are naked, the more you'll love yourself and your body!
